Went to the dealer, they couldn’t see any codes, did a pressure test and found no leaks, and saw that coolant wasn’t low at all…so sure what’s next.

The dealer did add a tiny bit of coolant, even though it wasn’t below empty, and that fixed it. I haven’t seen it since, so my guess is the sensor is too sensitive especially under acceleration or hills?
