Given the part number 32338907 is identical, the headlight should be compatible. However, I don't know whether these require programming at the dealer for the car to "recognise" the new headlight. Somebody else may know that.

 

Yes. I remember reading about someone else who replaced their headlight on an XC60 and the car complained that it couldn't recognize the headlight. If I remember correctly, the dealer refused to program the headlight because it was a used component.

 

If you swap the HCM module from the old module it should be fine. Not 100% sure though.
