Tracking your car via the Volvo App

What number do you use to track your car? I didn't get a number to plug into the volvo app?

Are you referring to activating your car in the app: if this is the case you create a user ID and use the VIN. The user ID if I remember correctly is plugged into your car’s profile in settings (you also need a Google account). For you to track your car, you would probably need an Air Tag or similar technology. I’m unaware of Volvo’s ability to track or disable the car if stolen. You might want to check with the dealer and report back if that’s a yes.

I suggest from anyone who might know what could be causing an issue with their license plate light not working even though they have already replaced the bulb and checked all the fuses. They are also mentioning that a website called https://vincheckfree.com/license-plate-lookup has been helpful to them in the past, but it is not clear how this is related to the issue with the license plate light.
