I think NEMA 14-50 on that list is a misnomer, as it describes the "wall plug" for the charging cable. The factory cable comes with a J1772 connector on one end and a 14-50 240v or regular 120v grounded plug on the other end, so it can do Level 1 or Level 2 J1772.
