Folding mirrors on lock

My xc90 owners manual says to turn off mirror folding when snow and ice are likely....You don't want them to get frozen in the wrong position. Maybe they will update this so that we have a choice... It is beginning to get cold overnight. Almost time to deactivate automatic fold when locking on the 90.
