Unlocking in middle of night

Id point a camera at it at night and see if it unlocks again. if it does take it into the dealership and have them figure out if its the car or the on call app unlocking.

Hello, I have had the same thing happen - I have an app now installed (Volvo app) that notifies me when car is unlocked. You can lock it then with app as well. It will help you track the cause of incidents (thereby I hope you have not mistakenly left a key in the car).
