Went to my local dealer and they now had 3 XC40s on the lot, not sold yet, not subscription. One even is about the configuration I ordered, not sure of all the details but it is a Momentum and it is RED. Don't know why my ship hasn't come in but it is encouraging to see new units actually arriving. Checked witht he dealer and their system indicated 'my' delivery to be the end of September, previous email to me from corporate Volvo said end of October. But who knows. So I am slightly encouraged that deliveries are happenning but a bit bummed that the red on on the floor isn't mine. I was starting to feel that if the October delivery got delayed I would walk away form the whole deal, too long to wait, but maybe things will fall into place.
