AudioWagon App. Plays audio files off a USB drive. The website says it plays mp3, Wave, Flac and more. So far, got all those to play, great simple app.

Have you loaded Google Play Books? If so, are you able to control the play via the buttons on the right side of the steering wheel? (Sorry, I do not yet have my C40.)

I think the original poster meant apps that can be installed in our cars - ie, Volvo-Approved AAOS apps - not phone apps.

ABRP is available for Polestar 2 - so hopefully Volvo XC40 also before long. Maybe when Volvo's one intern gets back from winter break ...

And no ABRP for us even cool polestar has had it for ages.

Not an app but a google feature, at least once a day I just say hey google play the news, is a nice short world summary of the news. At first I played it as a gimmick then realised its a nice daily summary.
