Seat Material

What are the seats actually made of? The Volvo description is nubuck leather, but a video review describes them as microfiber.

I am likely to order one soon, but not having leather where one expects it would be disconcerting.

Thanks!

It’s not your typical leather but it’s not cloth either. It’s same seats that are used in XC40 R design gas powered models.

Technically, nubuck and suede are both types of leather; nubuck being more durable than suede. Due to the "velvety" texture, perhaps it was generalized as microfiber ? To my understanding, it's nubuck leather -- I'm crossing my fingers that it won't be a magnet to dog hair !

In some Videos, I've noticed it's all traditional leather, no visual distinction of the combo - those may just be for European markets.
