About 2 weeks ago my rear hatch completely stopped working. While trying all options to open it I noticed a dashboard message to enter and confirm my 4 digit code and then all options seemed to be working normally. Yesterday while trying to open the rear hatch with my foot under the bumper nothing after several tries. I never had issues with the rear hatch using my foot before other then issues 2 weeks ago when nothing worked to open it until I entered the code. The hatch did open when pressing the key fob button this time. Any suggestions as to why the foot under the bumper option is working would be greatly appreciated.
