We understand your frustration and truly regret the delay you’ve experienced. The good news is that a software fix for the RTTI issue has now been officially released. In order to restore Real-Time Traffic Information, your Volvo retailer will need to install this update on your vehicle.
We recommend contacting your Volvo retailer and asking them to reference Technical Journal TJ32477268, which contains the relevant instructions for applying the update. Please note that while the update was released yesterday, it may take a couple of days for it to appear in all retailers’ systems.
Once the update has been completed, please go into your car’s settings and manually toggle Real-Time Traffic Information (RTTI) back on.
