Not working in Victoria, Canada, as of sometime @ 1 April 25.
Dear Volvo Team (XC40 2020 T3)

Your custumers still have problem with Rtti since 01 April. Also I had this problem and still fingering all holes that my finger can get in.

Today while thinking what can I do, I decided with my friend ro unplug the negative pole head.

We got positive mark in first start. But after sensus off, second start is negative.

We unplug again (negative pole head). It was positive again, but after sensus off, second start was still negative.
We tried 7-8 times.

I hope you will solve this problem in a few century. If my lifetime ia enough to see.

Traffic info was working in (not updated for a year) UK map of my 2020 XC60 when I left a week ago. Arrived in Spain on ferry. No RTTI on the (newly updated) Spain map. I suspect map updates may be part of the issue.

To be honest I suspect it is probably a contractual/cost issue with Volvo and the RTTI provider. Last year TomTom stopped providing free RTTI data despite a lifetime "free" promise. The difference is that TomTom still works with your own mobile data, Volvo does not.
 
Still I have not got any Rtti, My service called Volcar and Volvo Turkiye do not know what they do.
They want to disassemble the parts like Lego. Do not forget, They tried to reinstall the software firstly. They are genius. :)
 
Called Volvo (Surrey, BC Canada) today. It was FUNNY. They said there is a solution now which they are rolling out, newest Volvos first and as I have an older Volvo it will more than likely be Q4, 2025. Older Volvo - mine is a 2022 XC90 T8 Recharge... Laughable. It is no an automatic update, but will be combined with bringing Volvo in for service (oh these people are so smart). I have not heard of anyone getting the update and RTTI working again but I cannot wait to start hearing good news. My "older Volvo" and I will patiently wait.

It is less funny than being charged 140€/hour for labour (Spirit Volvo Dublin/Ireland) on the service bill, but it is funny enough. I suspect a McKinsey consultant is cheaper.
