i had a similar post about this a month ago. My car had the same message but in my case didn’t go away. I called the dealer and they told me not to worry about it and they are too busy to look at it and made an appointment for 3 weeks in the future. I told them how serious this alert sounded and the service rep literally told me “tough luck”. I then emailed corporate and they told arranged for a different dealer to take a look at it in asap. It’s now been at the service center for 3 weeks and counting. They have no idea how to fix it. They tried reboots and software updates, now they are replacing the battery. The car has been in the shop with issues for well over a month cumulatively, so I’m going to get a lemon law lawyer to get rid of it. Very disappointed with Volvo, I’ll be driving my spare ICE car until my Ioniq 5 comes in.
