Well from a post from @Jersey in another thread for the XC40 Recharge, the in car functionality is no active either.Threads on this forum indicate that the On Call app will not be available for the XC40 Recharge for almost two years. How significant is this?
I don’t see value in the concierge services, but perhaps it is important for controlling and monitoring the charge and preconditioning of the car?
She unfortunately got a flat tire a week into having the car and had to do a run around with Dealership to get the car towed (no spare tire on car)
So yes you are without any remote monitoring of the car till this is released. Though your timeline is off - Summer 2021 is the official date Volvo is promising.
