I have the same issue with the steering. Also set on high in individual mode, but, as the dealer told me, at low speed changing the setting does NOTHING. The stiffer steering only comes into play at higher speeds. Unfortunate....

6 weeks with an XC40 Inscription, fully loaded and slowly getting used to it after 6 BMW's, but its getting to be more enjoyable.
Just wish the steering was not so loose, but I set it to high in the individual mode and its a bit better!
