My baby was totaled last week by a Bozo reading a text. I miss it already, especially filling a gas tank again. I have both key fobs (1 orange 1 black) for sale as well as the charging cable only used it 4 times (with nema 6-50 adapter) and my fit cam x 4k with rear cam. Make me a decent offer I’m not trying to get rich but I’m also not giving them away either.

Considering how hard it is to get anything fixed can you imagine how long it would take to get that fixed.

I bet it impacts the damage impacts the battery and that rear wheel is at a bad angle. Plus all those sensors in the door … with that much energy of impact I bet it has warped the frame as well especially as the frame is designed to warp to absorb the energy so your body does not have to

Bob has a car cam installed. We cannot access the built in cameras of our cars alas.

As for your Volvo EVSE, it's probably worth at least a few hundred. Anything that's portable and can do both L2 and L1 is fairly expensive.

I'm so sorry for your loss. That's tragic.

Yes, my insurance agent (State Farm) told me pretty matter-of-factly that these days, if any airbag deploys in a crash it's usually written off as a Total by insurance. That's usually because the force needed to set off the airbag is usually enough to cause enough major damage that it's not worth a body shop fixing it, and also that the cost to replace parts like the airbags are currently through the roof.

Sorry about the accident and hope you walked away alright. Do you mind sharing how you had your Fitcamx rear camera wire routed? I was just asking about this in a different thread, and someone mentioned that running it up along the headliner could interfere with the side curtain airbags deploying.

It was very simple used the supplied plastic pry bar and pushed and shoved it in all the way back
