Hello, excited to have just purchased a new 2023 XC40 but having trouble navigating the center display. Swiping left and right from the home view doesn't take me to the function view or application view the way the manual says it's supposed to. Also, holding the home button below the console doesn't dim the screen the way the manual states it should - just takes me to a locked screen for cleaning mode. Does any one have any ideas or input as to why this might be or how to adjust so that I can access these features?

Are you 100% sure you're reading the right manual? You're describing the old Sensus system, and most 2023 XC40s should have AAOS. Is it the PHEV?
Your dealer shoudl have spent about an hour with you in the driver's seat, going over the software, setting up your keys, linking your googl accouts (or helpin you set them up if you dodn't google accounts). Thanks SwedishC40 and bogiesan! You are correct - I was looking at the manual for 2023 XC40 (both early and late) but there is a different manual for 2023 XC40 mild hybrid. Looks like they've changed the views on the center display for the mild hybrid and it's more similar to the setup on the C40 recharge 2023.
