Apologies if this has been addressed, but I did a quick search of the XC60 Recharge (hybrid) to see if anyone else had similar GPS/Modem problems. Not a surprise, but the answer is yes:

It is the same OS and probably share most of the hardware so I would assume it share most of the issues. The issue for Volvo is EV buyers to some extent will be more tolerant of this stuff as many understand they are using new tech. XC60 soccer moms will be less tolerant and thus Volvo has more at state.
