Considering my P8 is my first and last Volvo I don't trust them to insure me adequately
I don't care about their insurance, but the warranty on the P8 needs to be extended as the battery will be fine, all the rest of the EV supporting systems and software are the real issue with this car. Interestingly I asked the dealer about an extended warranty out of curiosity, and was told 75K warranty (I think it was 6 years) was up around $4K. My 2014 Audi A6 was only $1700 and it cost more than this P8. I cancelled it within 30 days and got all my money back on that one. I will not spend $4K on this car, I will park it in a flood zone during a hurricane first. The insurance should take into effect NOW, not later, not "in future" -- and this include extending current warranty to at least 75k miles
