Agree with both the above replies although this might change (and level) with the MY24 models considering the back motor will be more powerful than the front
Also why I've heard and read it makes little sense that the Polestar 2 and XC40 were FWD for their single motors. FWD made sense for various reasons when an engine was front mounted. With the primary RWD coming maybe the tires will wear more evenly. Also the staggered stance makes more sense too. To me the staggered tires also just for better with a RWD.
Regardless (off-topic), the engineering miracles they've done with this platform starting with a FWD ICE to now a RWD BEV is quite impressive. All this, and they honestly don't really have more issues (and even less than quite a few of them is the impression I get) than any other EV out there. That is also quite impressive too.
