After doing a bit of digging, I think I've figured out what's going on. The part number listed on the Volvo Accessories pages is 32270682, and that appears to be superseded by part number 32351551.

Interestingly, some parts lookups show that 32351551 has been superseded by 32270682, so I'm not sure we're entirely out of the woods. Guess we'll see what the dealer has to say.

Yeah, the front mud flaps for the EV are different due to the lower sill trim on the EV that hides the battery. I think you should be good to go. I know they have altered the part numbers at least once. 32351551 actually superseded 32270682, not the other way around I believe. The website is a bit confusing as if you look up each part number, it lists the other below as "supersession(s)" but I believe the higher numerical number is always the latest. In this case that is true, but not sure if it's always the case.

 

Thanks for the confirmation. Volvo has extended some "schwag credit" for a bit of post-delivery aggravation with our XC40 and the mud flaps (along with a few other niceties) are on the list. I just wanted to make sure we were requesting the right front mud flaps.
