Is that also for 2021 model? I think EA charging are free for 2022 models only as one of the promo.

I didn’t have to enter my account info for the free promo, so I don’t believe it’s car-dependent. I just plugged in and it started charging.

All EA charges were free for us Dec 22 as well. I think they do this around the holidays sometimes, as does Tesla.

There was reduced charging speed warning but I got
130!

130 is good for the soc I was at.
Only gotten to 147 when I was at 18% and the battery was nice and toasty from a hard drive.

Got no notice. Barged on 23rd I paid. Charged 24th free so … no idea.

I got lazy to try it, washed both Recharges then topped with detailer so tucked them away for the rest of today.

Did you go out to charge them or was the charge at the end of a drive?

Mine was at the end of a 55 min drive so the engine was cozy and warm which is probably why I got 130s.

10 minute drive after sitting overnight in the garage. I did set the charger as the destination in Google Maps, but I doubt that any battery conditioning took place.

A lot less heat up than a fast Journey. Might explain the numbers. Also might be a lot colder than here.

Though we will get to the teens this week.

Yes, the CCS cable. Just need to lift up the rubber cap inside your car's charging port to expose the big lower CCS sockets first.

Slightly off topic, but I was able to email Volvo support and get the 9 digit code for the Electrify America offer.. My dealer was pretty useless for this..
