I'm in central NH, and for the 4 months or so I've had my car, I've averaged 32.4kWh/100mi. I preheat most of the time in the cold weather, the car is garaged, the cabin temp is set to 65°F and I'd say 50-60% of my driving is on 30-40mph roads. I drive it no differently than I've driven any of my other cars, and I'm expecting the rate to improve as the weather gets warmer. What kind of ambient temperature is it that you get 29~37kwh/100mi? On our C40 during the winter, which is mostly 30F or below, 42~45kwh/100mi seems to be the norm. In the summer we do get around 35kwh/100mi, give or take depending on speed/HVAC usage/etc.
