If I'm understanding the XC40 user manual, you can store several personalized settings to your driver profile (seat position, mirror position, ambient lighting, etc), including the customizable "Individual" drive mode, which can save the "dynamic" setting. Then this can be linked to your specific key fob so that when you enter and start the vehicle, it will initiate all of those personalized settings. Well, for me, it works for everything but drive mode. It always defaults to comfort mode and then I have to manually change it to dynamic mode each time. Anyone else having this issue?

I don't believe drive mode is a setting that is saved to profile. My salesperson said that your drive mode always goes back to comfort. Looking at my manual on my app i don't see anything about saving the customization individual drive mode. That would be nice if there is a way to do that., if you figure out something let us now.

Yeah, I thought that must be the case. For the "Individual" drive mode setting, the XC40 manual reads, "Select a drive mode to start from, and then adjust the settings according to the desired driving characteristics. These settings are saved in an individual driver profile." Then for the "Driver Profile" setting, the manual reads, "You can save the settings you define in your car in driver profiles and also link a profile to any of the car's keys." In my head I was hoping the 2 items were linked but as a read more, they were not.

Thanks for the feedback.
