My navigation display comes up blank. TI can cycle through the 3 display modes and the center for navigation where the map should be is blank. Haven’t found anything in settings to fix this.

Do you mind sharing a link. I just started having this issue and didn’t find a solution. Booked a service appointment, but it’s still over two weeks away.

Someone earlier had that issue - they did a reset by pressing and holding the radio play pause button under the center display screen for a couple of minutes - things reset and the map comes back in the driver display.

Hmm - may have to wait till you get the April software update at the dealer - when you made the appointment did they say they were aware of the new update and that it may fix it?

I have a different question. Picked up my XC40 on Saturday. Went out Sunday morning and Google was not working. When I say "hey google", it launches but will not execute the request i.e. turn up the heat or any other. Has anyone else experienced this?? If so, do you have a solution??

When I first picked up the car the update was installed (at least they said it was). Android version date says March 18, so I think it’s there.

Probably not as simple as this - but Google takes a couple of seconds to react - a person has to wait for the chime before giving the command and then it will be executed. Hopefully it is nothing serious.

I've had this problem only sporadically No solution, sorry.

Found it, thanks. Tried the button to restart and no go.

Taking the other keyfob into the car resolved the issue in mine.
