I took my car to the dealer for service last week and, while there, they performed a “total software update” that produced some noticeable results. Most noticeable, the tach no longer falls to a line that says “READY” when the auto engine stop is engaged. Instead, the tach now falls all the way down to “0” and the auto engine stop logo (an “A” with a winding ring around it) appears between the 0 and 1. This is true in all display themes. I also am pretty sure the font size of the items at the very top center (time, temp, etc) is larger. Personally I think I liked the design of those two items better before the update. I can’t tell if other numbers at the bottom such as the odometer and trip are also larger. Has anyone noticed anything else?
