Can't switch profiles with keys in range

If both of our keys are present in the vehicle it will not allow us to switch off the profile that unlocked the car. Only the single profile shows up. When we were at the dealership both profiles showed up but now that we've updated the software it seems that ability has gone away. Is there a workaround or a fix to this after updating? I tried searching and most people suggest using a single profile which doesn't really fit our needs or driving habits.

With a little one we often run errands and swap drivers. Right now we have to sit in the car, lock it, wait a second, unlock, then continue our journey.
We have v2.9 installed, and have no issue switching profiles even if both keys are in the car. To switch profiles you need to swipe down on the main screen, tap whichever profile is displayed, and it should then show you any other profiles that have been configured, then tap on the profile you wish to use. It's always worked for us, regardless of which SW version the car was running.

Interesting. When we swipe down it still only shows the 1 profile for the key that unlocked the vehicle.
Maybe I’ll try unpairing and repairing to see if that works.
Swiping down will only show the active profile, once you see the active profile, tap it and it should show any other profiles you have configured in the car, then tap the profile you wish to use.

Lot's of time my wife is driving and at some point she asks me to take over driving, even if I don't have my key with me I can still activate my profile.

You're 100% correct and I can't believe I didn't even think to tap on the current profile. That seems like a UX oversight. Swipe down should show me profiles instead of being buried one menu deeper.
LOL, agree with you, I had the exact same issues when we first got the car.

What is nice is that you can have more profiles than keys, sometimes our adult daughter drives the car and when she does she has her own profile.
