I have an XC40 Recharge. I'm able to pair my iPhone via bluetooth and play music, but none of the album covers show. Is this normal? Is there a way to show the album covers via bluetooth?

The Gracenote (music/track information database) service only works if you connect your phone to the car via USB to the Apple Play input. Even so, I've found that only about 1/4 of my cover art images come up, which I believe has a lot to do with transcoded formats (I have a lot of FLAC > AAC) and custom music fields. Only had my XC40 for 5 weeks but I'm pretty certain when the phone is connected via Bluetooth, the Gracenote feature isn't available. YMMV!

Did you ever find a fix for this? I'm having the same problem with my Android phone.
