Just emailed my Service Manager - he said it’s not “officially” released yet, which means he doesn’t yet have access to it. I believe he usually has access to install it a day or so after it appears on the Volvo software page. He will email me when he can install it and I’ll go over the same day to get it! If I get it this week, I’ll post some pics of the screens.
What exactly does "Improved compatibility with iPhone, including wireless charging" mean? I'm assuming my iPhone 12 Pro is charging on the charging pad when it says it is. I have noticed the phone actually loses power slowly on long trips, so maybe they increased the wireless charging speed? The phone already borders on "way too hot" as it is.
Not sure, but there was an issue a year ago with the early 2021's - where iPhone 12's wouldn't wirelessly charge. Turns out the new MagSafe magnet on the back of the phone was confusing the car's charging pad. Volvo issued a software update to fix this, back in the very first OTA update (June 2021 update, I think - now called ver 1.4).
Perhaps this new fix is something similar - maybe for newer phones, or maybe some additional tweaks to the previous fix.

I have the Apple silicon MagSafe case. On a recent road trip my phone got so hot it locked itself in high temperature mode. Hopefully that is what is being fixed.
